Kommt - helf mir klagen

En ovanligt glad dirigent leder denna klagan. Men jag lånar några ord från en kommentar på You-tube:

In these days of world economic turmoil, corruption, war and hunger there is not much dignity left. For seven and a half minutes one can put aside and forget all those worries and revel in the absolute supremacy that Johann Bach brought to the world in this music - the St. Matthew Passion. The choirs ( all 3 of them) here do a superb job, as does the orchestra and Conductor. The boys of the Thomanerchor are astounding in their dedication and passion. Thanks so much for this music of the stars.
